What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, and check-out is before 11:00 am. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
What bicycle rental options are available at the Villa?
In partnership with Beach Bikes, we offer a bicycle rental service, with both standard and electric bikes available. Bikes can be delivered directly to the Villa and collected at the end of your stay. Our reception team will be happy to arrange the booking for you.From the hotel, you can enjoy numerous cycle paths leading to Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat, the oyster-farming ports, or Biscarrosse. You can also take your bike aboard the boat shuttles departing from the Moulleau pier, just 150 metres from the Villa, and cross the Bay to Cap Ferret.
What parking options are available at the Villa?
Given our very central location, we have a limited number of parking spaces and give priority to electric vehicles, as all our spaces are equipped with charging points. During the high season, if our car park is full, free parking is available in the surrounding streets behind the Villa.
What are the different ways to explore Arcachon Bay by boat?
To experience the Arcachon Bay in an authentic way, hop aboard one of the boat shuttles operated by the UBA (Union des Bateliers Arcachonnais).Depending on the season, departures are available from Le Moulleau pier (a 5-minute walk from the Villa) and Arcachon pier (a 20-minute bike ride), with several routes taking you to Cap Ferret and other iconic destinations around the Bay.
Most shuttles also allow bicycles on board. Timetables and available routes can be found on the UBA.
