A Family Story

Built in 1895, Villa du Moulleau was taken over by the Garrigue family, who transformed it into a charming hotel in 1960. Ideally located in a green setting in the heart of Moulleau, Villa du Moulleau soon became an iconic hotel, a privileged witness to the development of the Côte d’Argent, welcoming families looking for a peaceful and perfectly located place to stay.

Guests enter the villa as if stepping into a family home, where everything reflects a warm, authentic and friendly simplicity.

Sixty years later, the torch is passed to the Serey family, who renovated the Villa with great passion. Marie-Christine, Bruno and their children are delighted to welcome you to Villa du Moulleau under its new identity.

The 2020 Renovation

Fully renovated in 2020, Villa du Moulleau has rediscovered its original Arcachon-style architecture, firmly rooted in the region’s local heritage. With its 21 rooms, seminar room, swimming pool and garden featuring local plants, the Villa offers a unique experience in the heart of the historic village of Moulleau.

With a renovation designed by Alexandre Rougier, Céline Moscheni and Ingrid Serey, la Villa du Moulleau embraces a deliberately classic and understated style.
